What to Expect
- Hands-on, active work in a mill environment.
- Exposure to outdoor elements (weather, dust, heat).
- Work around large machinery with safety always a priority.
- Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and operating forklifts.
- Requires good coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork.
