The successful candidate will support daily administrative functions while assisting with logistics coordination and shipment scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support scheduling of full truckload (FTL) and volume shipments
- Coordinate and schedule less-than-truckload (LTL) sales orders
- Provide backup support for FTL, ISO, and buyback/reclaim processes during peak seasons
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and transportation providers
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and problem resolution
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative, customer service, or logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to identify problems, gather information, and implement solutions
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Patient, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Preferred Experience
- Logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain experience
- Experience scheduling FTL and LTL shipments
- Front desk or receptionist experience
