Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and process lumber orders accurately along the production line
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) - training available if needed
- Utilize scanners and tablets as part of the order fulfillment process
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work collaboratively in a fully bilingual (Spanish-speaking) team environment
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials throughout the day
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided)
- Willingness to learn and use new technology
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
