Are you a confident, polished salesperson who knows how to build trust, recommend premium products, and close high-value memberships?

The Gents Place is hiring a Luxury Membership Sales Concierge for our Frisco club at The Star. This is not a receptionist role and it is not passive retail. This is a front-of-club sales role for someone who can create a luxury experience while selling memberships, retail, and long-term relationships.

Our reservation support team handles most incoming calls so you can focus on what matters most: welcoming guests, converting first-time visitors into members, growing retail sales, and delivering a refined, personalized experience.

What You Will Do

  •  Welcome every member and guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism 
  •  Introduce first-time guests to the club and present membership options 
  •  Sell annual memberships ranging from $525 to $8,000+ 
  •  Recommend premium grooming, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle products 
  •  Support retail sales, upgrades, and add-on services 
  •  Partner with Barbers and Grooming Specialists to create a seamless experience 
  •  Book the next reservation before members leave 
  •  Build relationships by remembering names, preferences, and personal details 
  •  Follow a proven sales process with consistency 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Confident and comfortable asking for the sale 
  • Motivated by base pay plus commission 
  • Polished, dependable, and highly professional 
  • Strong with relationship-based selling and affluent clientele 
  • Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented 
  • Available to work Saturdays consistently 

Best Fit Backgrounds

  • We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
  • Real estate 
  • Automotive service advising or luxury automotive sales 
  • Membership sales 
  • B2B sales 
  • Med spa or aesthetics sales 
  • Premium hospitality 
  • Consultative sales environments 

This Role Is Not a Fit If

  • Your experience is mainly cashiering or passive mall retail 
  • You are uncomfortable discussing premium pricing 
  • You avoid making recommendations or asking for commitment 
  • You prefer task-based work over relationship-based selling 

Pay and Benefits

  • $17+/hour base pay 
  • Strong performers commonly earn $1,000 to $2,000 per month in commissions
