Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Monitor product quality and ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Complete daily production records accurately for assigned work areas and operations
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Total Quality Management (TQM) policies
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and facility standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas (housekeeping standards)
- Participate in required training and skill development programs
- Adhere to company quality systems, including TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
- Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement activities
