Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products as required
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervision
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of production or manufacturing experience required
- Prior machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and motions
