Production / Machine Operator - Sparks, NV

$17-$18/hr (DOE) | Day Shift | M-F 5:00am-3:00pm

Join a leading manufacturer of window parts in Sparks! We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to operate machinery and support production in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor machines to meet production goals
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
