Available Shifts
Aurora, IL
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
West Chicago, IL
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay
- Starting at $18.75-$19.50 per hour, based on experience and shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Complete production logs and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Resume required for consideration.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work assigned shift consistently.
