Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare machines for production
Adjust equipment and tooling as needed
Read work orders and follow production specifications
Monitor machines to ensure proper operation
Troubleshoot basic machine issues
Perform quality checks on finished parts
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
Previous machine setup or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be safety-minded and willing to learn
