Responsibilities:
• Assist machine operators with daily machining tasks and material handling
• Load and unload raw materials, metal parts, and finished components
• Perform basic mechanical tasks such as deburring, grinding, and part preparation
• Use hand tools, measuring tools, and shop equipment safely
• Keep machines stocked with materials and remove completed parts
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality expectations
Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
