- Hourly Pay: $25-$30 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drills, and various fabrication equipment
- Machine steel and alloy components to print specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and tolerances
- Manufacture custom and replacement parts for asphalt plant equipment
- Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of machinist experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- Experience machining carbon steel and stainless steel
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Manual machining experience, including large or heavy-part machining
Experience Required
- Manual machining
- Heavy-part or large-part machining
- Experience in heavy equipment, asphalt, or industrial manufacturing
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school training preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in an industrial shop environment

- Precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
- Blueprint and tolerance interpretation tools
