Express Employment is excited to partner with a well-established apartment complex seeking an experienced Maintenance Associate for a 3-week project! Could be a Temp to hire for the right candidate. If you're skilled in unit turns, groundskeeping, and general maintenance

What You'll Do:

• Unit Turns: Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning, painting, light repairs, and ensuring all fixtures are in working order.
• Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior of the property, including lawn care, weed control, mulching, trimming, and general upkeep to keep the complex looking pristine.
• General Maintenance: Perform minor repairs as needed, such as plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management and other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and high-quality turnover of units.
• Ensure Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

• What We're Looking For:
• • Experience in Unit Turns and Groundskeeping: At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment turnovers and maintaining property grounds.
  • General Maintenance Skills: Ability to perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and an eye for detail.
  • Landscaping/Porter Experience: Experience with lawn care, trimming, and general property upkeep.
  • Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong sense of pride in your work and a positive, proactive approach to tasks.
  • Reliable & Responsible: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliable transportation to the worksite.
  • Availability: Full-time availability for the entire 3-week project period.
