Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Fairfield, OH

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee a robust preventive maintenance program for all shop equipment and facility systems.
• Plan and perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery (Haas, Doosan, Mazak, Okuma)
• Maintain air compressors, coolant systems, hydraulic units
• Install and repair electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase
• Conduct daily checks on machine cleanliness and fluid levels
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings
• Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, and environmental safety regulations
• Coordinate maintenance with department supervisors to minimize production downtime
• Maintain facility interiors and exteriors
• Perform spill response and general building upkeep

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a CNC machine shop
• Previous management experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with CNC controls and factory-level repairs
• Ability to interpret technical documents
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
