We're seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist. This role will handle skilled electrical repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Work with pumps, motors, VFDs, and lighting systems
- Install and repair wiring, fixtures, and CAT 5/6 network cabling
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
- Operate aerial equipment (up to 60 ft) and various hand/power tools
- Supervise or lead seasonal/part-time staff when assigned
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school/associate's preferred)
- Valid Illinois Class C Driver's License and clean driving record
- Electrical license or card preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs
