About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with experience in fast-paced production (food manufacturing preferred). You'll be the go-to for reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll Do:
- Maintain and repair PLC systems, gearboxes, conveyors, camshafts, and low-voltage (24V) systems
- Collaborate with operators, temp staff, and supervisors to address equipment issues quickly
- Perform reactive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Keep accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols
You Bring:
- Experience in a high-speed manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong skills with PLCs, gearboxes, conveyors, and low-voltage systems (24V)
- Proven hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Preventive maintenance experience (a plus and can boost pay into $40+/hr)
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- $34/hr starting (DOE; low-voltage or PM expertise can land $40+/hr)
