Industrial Maintenance Technician - Day Shift
We're looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment and systems are reliable, safe, and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with support from senior mechanics.
- Assist with installation, adjustments, and testing of equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules that reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Accurately track work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Partner with production teams to quickly identify and solve issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to optimize equipment performance.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to work with and move heavy equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Compensation & Schedule
