Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair facility equipment and systems including packing and line machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Support the Production department with proper machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeover activities.
- Follow all safety and SOP regulations and procedures, including Performance Systems (MPS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Training and/or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field with basic knowledge in PLC and robotics.
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and correcting mechanical and electrical issues.
Skills & Qualities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team environment.
