Maintenance Technician
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $28 - $31/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call as needed)
About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Maintenance Technician / Building Engineer for a residential property in Denver, CO. This full-time role focuses on property upkeep, seasonal facility maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You'll play a critical role in ensuring residents' comfort and the safety of the building year-round.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general apartment maintenance, including make-ready units and common area upkeep
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Install, maintain, and replace signage, lighting fixtures, and general facility hardware
• Execute seasonal facility preparation (winterization/summarization) and fountain maintenance
What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of recent experience in property maintenance or as a building engineer
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR required
