Position Overview:
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in North Branch, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in building and equipment maintenance who enjoys working across multiple trades and locations.
Pay & Schedule
• Hourly Pay: $25.00
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems and production equipment
• Conduct inspections on cranes, equipment, and facilities
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with managers across 7 company buildings
• Work with and manage subcontractors (HVAC, electrical, snow removal, etc.)
• Obtain and present contractor quotes to the Maintenance Manager
• Maintain documentation of maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and manufacturing equipment maintenance
• Strong computer skills, including Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
