What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and repair production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging machines, grinders, and stackers
- Assist with installation of machinery and equipment
- Perform cutting, welding, and light steel fabrication
- Inspect, adjust, and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Complete maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have:
- Prior maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions (standing, bending, climbing, stooping)
- Teachable attitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read numbers, product descriptions, and maintain written records
- Basic math skills and ability to monitor controls
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
