Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in a warehouse environment, including painting, construction, and building framework.
- Assist with electrical work, plumbing, and other facility-related tasks as needed.
- Support janitorial duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with painting, basic electrical work, construction, and general facility maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
