Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
- Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance technicians and supervisors
- Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and repairs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or manufacturing experience required
- Experience working with machinery preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasks
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
