We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations on day shift in a high-paced, high-output food production facility. You'll be a key player in reducing downtime, increasing line efficiency, and maintaining the integrity of our production systems.

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations on day shift in a high-paced, high-output food production facility. You'll be a key player in reducing downtime, increasing line efficiency, and maintaining the integrity of our production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS.
- Support line changeovers and setups to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and GMP protocols in a food-grade environment.
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to identify root causes and long-term fixes.
Ideal Background:
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance, ideally in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with PLC-driven equipment, conveyors, packaging lines, pumps, and motors.
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet, or dry production environment with frequent cleaning/sanitation procedures.
- Understanding of lockout/tagout (LOTO), HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
