Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance professional to join our team at an apartment complex in Kalispell. In this role, you'll help ensure the property is well-maintained both inside and out, creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grounds maintenance including weed eating, mowing, trimming, and general yard care
• Handle interior and exterior painting projects
• Assist with basic building maintenance tasks as requested by tenants
• Lift up to 20 lbs as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial work is a plus
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Positive, hardworking attitude and keen attention to detail
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and 5 panel drug test
