Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for a Mammo Technologist position that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Rhode Island. Job Details
- Location: Cranston & Providence, Rhode Island
- Modality: Mammo
- Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
- 40-hour work week
- Equipment: Hologic
- Role: Float between 3 imaging centers (1 in Providence, 2 in Cranston) to provide support in mammograms.
- Pay: $2,800 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)

- Active ARRT(M) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- RI State License (can apply upon offer)
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience within modality
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to obtain high-quality, diagnostic images.
- Provide compassionate, professional care while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely interpretation and follow-up.
- Maintain and operate mammography equipment, performing regular quality control procedures.
- Adhere to MQSA, ACR, and FDA guidelines and standards.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and support imaging teams as needed.
