Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Manual Trim Tech openings in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and motivated to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Wyoming, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all grinding operations pertaining to each individual part.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials as required.
• Operate and observe robotic equipment to detect malfunctions or non-conforming conditions.
• Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications and quality standards.
• Record production and operational activities accurately within the computer system.

Qualifications

• Stable work history required.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and drawings.
• Experience using quality control equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
