Manufacturing Maintenance Technician / CNC Mechanic

Location: Woodlawn, OH

Compensation: $32-40 an hour

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Industrial Maintenance is required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting abilities.
• CNC Machine Maintenance is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with machine tools, including VTLs, CNC mills/lathes, Makino, and Fanuc controls is preferred
• Previous experience rebuilding machines is preferred.
• Completion of an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, with intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install CNC machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery during installation, setup, and repair.
• Perform advanced machine tool repair processes, including troubleshooting and repairing major issues.
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool subassemblies.
• Clean, lubricate, and conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
• Schedule and recommend improvements for preventive maintenance.
• Train other employees and maintain organized work areas.
