We're seeking a Test Supervisor to lead and support a dynamic production team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on operations, product quality, and team development.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations for digital and analog meter production, including oversight of the dial marking department
- Partner with Production Control to ensure on-time completion and delivery of products
- Take a hands-on leadership role, stepping in to support your team whenever needed
- Open and prepare the manufacturing facility each day for safe and efficient operations
- Champion and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Train and mentor team members in advanced troubleshooting techniques down to the component level
- Develop, maintain, and improve test procedures and documentation
- Collaborate closely with Engineering on continuous improvement initiatives
- Report directly to the General Manager
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a related environment
- Background in electrical systems or instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Strong knowledge of production tools and testing equipment
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
