- Lead and coordinate efforts across teams
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage and optimize CRM systems
- Oversee digital presence, including branding and website performance
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Manage marketing budgets effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least seven years of progressively responsible experience, ideally involving leadership of cross functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead, think strategically, and solve complex problems
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong experience with WordPress development
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
