Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge, a passion for automotive repair, and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently. Pay Rate: $30-45/hr

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Perform complex automotive repairs, including engine diagnostics, electrical systems, and drivetrain issues.
• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate findings with the service team and customers.
• Mentor and support junior technicians to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an automotive technician, with proven expertise in advanced diagnostics and repairs.
• ASE Master Certification (or equivalent) required.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
