Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty automotive lifts in Streator, IL. We are seeking dependable Material Handlers to support production operations by moving, organizing, and supplying materials throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing facility
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production equipment as needed
- Supply workstations with materials to support production schedules
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (if certified)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with material tracking
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time production
Qualifications
- Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
