We are currently seeking Material Handler/Forklift Operator to start employment immediately. You will be responsible for daily picking/pulling and storing all inventory, distribute and issue products throughout production areas, accurately and efficiently; recording movement of inventory accurately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operating a forklift to move product to designated area's.
• Ensure that materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Unloading inbound materials and report to either Shipping Lead or Department Manager
• Assisting Inventory Administrator on inventory checks.
• Monitoring the inventory and usage of pallets.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, food safety, OSHA, etc. to ensure a safe, secure working environment that meets the company's goals and achieves customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:
• Able to operate a RF unit or computer
• Able to operate a sit-down forklift & Reach lift
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions
• Verbal communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Problem solving skills
