Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour (higher starting pay may be considered based on experience and skill set)

Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty automotive lifts in Streator, IL. We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components for heavy-duty automotive lifts according to specifications and quality standards
- Work as part of a small assembly team, typically consisting of four team members with assigned responsibilities
- Receive training on assembly processes and perform duties independently once trained
- Use hand and power tools to fit, secure, and assemble parts
- Inspect assemblies to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting assembled components as needed
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
