We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift team in Troy, Ohio. In this hands-on role, you will assemble automated welding and assembly equipment using blueprints, mechanical drawings, and part lists. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Read and interpret part lists, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical assembly issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with equipment preparation for customer demonstrations and evaluations
• Support on-site installations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Pneumatic system experience is a plus
• Welding or fabrication skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and reliability
