Position Overview
The Quality Assurance / Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product quality standards are met. This position works closely with inventory systems, quality checks, and production data in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Transfer ingredients and finished products between the barcoding system (APEC) and ERP system (Dynamics AX)
- Complete inventory adjustments to reflect actual material usage
- Release finished products from quarantine to finished goods after reviewing product samples and batch yields
- Verify batch yields are within acceptable tolerance levels
- Perform ongoing cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in Dynamics AX
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality and inventory compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality control environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Solid math, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
