Are you ready to spark a new career? We're looking for motivated individuals to join a local manufacturing team as Laser Welders. No prior laser welding experience? No problem-we'll train you! All you need is a willingness to learn, great attendance, and an eye for detail.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate laser welding equipment to create quality welds that meet customer specifications.
• Inspect your own work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Follow work instructions, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively with your team.
• Use basic measuring tools to check work pieces and ensure precision.
• Work safely at all times-keeping equipment guards in place and following company safety rules.
• Be open to training and developing new skills to grow in your role.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to read work orders, follow written/verbal instructions, and communicate clearly.
• Strong attendance record and reliability.
• Basic math skills and comfort with measuring instruments.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required-we're willing to train!
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 or older to apply.
