What You'll Be Doing:
• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various metals (aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy
• Maintain clean welds and consistent quality with a sharp focus on detail
• Follow safety protocols and shop procedures at all times
• Collaborate with the team on fabrication projects and custom builds
What You Bring to the Table:
Welding certification (required)
Solid experience with both MIG and TIG welding
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with fabrication tools, grinders, and measuring equipment
Dependable, punctual, and proud of your work
