Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications.
- Perform welding tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality, strong welds.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
- Work with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.
Qualifications:
- 5 Years Previous experience in MIG welding
- Looking for at least 5 years of fabrication experience
- Field installation of a variety of parts built in the shop
- Field removal and installation of custom cut liners
- Field repairs of cracked/Worn equipment and structures
- Proficient with MIG and STICK welding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious and familiar with welding safety practices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
