Millwright Salary: $25.00-$29.00 DOE Location: Brownsville, OR Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning Install and set up manufacturing equipment Lead project planning for new equipment installation or major repairs Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, torches, jacks, ladders, cranes, and high lifts Maintain clear communication with supervisor and production regarding equipment status and repairs Keep proper documentation and records using Microsoft Office/CMMS Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventory Work with skilled tradesmen to meet deadlines Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs safely Familiarity with state licensing requirements in millwright and electrical work Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card or Joureyman Millwright card preferred Excellent communication and project management skills 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting at a journeyman level in industrial plant maintenance Benefits: Opportunity to work independently in both outdoor and indoor areas Company growth with annual bonus based on performance #albor
