We are seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for a skilled phlebotomy professional who enjoys working independently, traveling to patient locations, and providing high‑quality specimen collection services. The Mobile Phlebotomist will perform blood draws, collect and process specimens, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for patients in homes, clinics, workplaces, and community settings.
• Collect, label, and process specimens according to laboratory protocols and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records, requisitions, and documentation in electronic or paper systems.
• Transport specimens safely to designated laboratories within required timeframes.
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection‑control guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and professional patient experience.
• Manage daily route schedules, travel efficiently, and maintain punctuality for all appointments.
• Maintain phlebotomy supplies, equipment, and inventory for mobile operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred; state‑specific certifications as required.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience a plus).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple appointments daily.
• Comfortable traveling to various patient locations throughout the day.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile specimen collection, home health, or diagnostic services.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and digital documentation.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and special‑needs patients.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Field‑based role with daily travel.
