Job Overview:

This position involves operating bagging equipment, stacking finished product, palletizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stack 50 lb. bags of product onto pallets.
- Place empty bags onto bagging machines.
- Operate bagging equipment by starting fill cycles.
- Move and stack completed pallets as needed.
- Assist with production line operations.
- Sweep and maintain a clean work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to lift and stack 50 lb. bags consistently throughout the day.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to safety and quality.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
