Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale Clerk to join our team. This position plays a key role in daily operations, handling truck scaling, data entry, and supporting light lab and office tasks. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills who enjoys variety in their day and is open to learning and growing within the role.

Responsibilities:

• Scale trucks in and out of the facility accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry in Excel and other computer software
• Identify and record different plastic products using computer systems
• Conduct light lab work, including sampling plastic pellets on the production floor
• Answer phones and provide courteous customer service
• Support office tasks such as record keeping and light reporting
• Learn and assist with QuickBooks (potential future responsibility)

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills with experience in Excel and general software use
• Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy
• Comfortable working in both an office and light lab/production setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of duties
• Prior experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
