NDT Quality Inspector

Location: Springdale, OH

Compensation: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications at all stages of production.
• Review drawings, instructions, and sample parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Complete and maintain required documentation, including test reports, sign-offs, and data entry.
• Retrieve and interpret specifications, procedures, and drawings from manufacturing software.
• Ensure adherence to NADCAP, FAA, DCMA, customer, and international quality standards.
• Provide technical oversight, approve inspection methods and procedures, and train Level I inspectors.

Qualifications:

• Certified NDT Level II (NAS 410) or ability to achieve certification within a reasonable timeframe.
• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related quality experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to work with various units of measure.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Pass vision exam (near vision and color).
• Extensive NDT experience with the ability to approve techniques and provide technical guidance.
