Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process
- Present available homes, floor plans, and highlight the lifestyle and amenities offered within the community
- Conduct tours of the community, including neighborhoods, model homes, and amenities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and support open houses and community events
- Stay informed on local real estate trends, market conditions, and competing properties
- Assist clients with contracts, documentation, and overall transaction process
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Illinois Real Estate Broker's License or willingness to obtain
- Strong desire to succeed in new home sales
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and community development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
