Schedule: 2-3 nights per week, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

About the Role:
Join the hospitality team at Crater Lake National Park! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Associate who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional guest service, and keeping operations running smoothly overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally
• Perform nightly bookkeeping duties, including balancing and closing out accounts
• Learn and operate front desk systems quickly and accurately
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment overnight
• Complete light cleaning in the front desk and great hall areas

Qualifications:

• Hotel front desk experience required
• Bookkeeping and cash handling background strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay alert and productive during overnight shifts
• Quick learner with solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities
