Now Hiring: Outdoor General Laborers & Forklift Operators

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for outdoor positions in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and being outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Position 1: Outdoor General Laborer

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and assist with production processes
• Sort materials and products efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform general labor duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Previous experience in general labor or production is a plus

Position 2: Outdoor Forklift Operator (Sit-Down)

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the yard
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Support production by feeding materials to the production line
• Assist with general yard organization and workflow

Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience required (sit-down forklift)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
