We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Nursery General Laborer with knowledge of planting, gardening, and plant care. This role supports daily operations in the nursery, including plant maintenance, landscaping tasks, and general labor. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for plants, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planting, transplanting, watering, and general plant care
• Assist with garden and nursery maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and soil preparation
• Load, unload, and move plants, soil, and nursery materials
• Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, disease, or stress
• Maintain clean and organized greenhouse and nursery areas
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Support seasonal nursery tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or nursery work preferred
• Knowledge of plant care, watering needs, and basic horticulture
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to work independently or with a team
