Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for lease renewals, rent increases, and related property data
  • Process and verify utility invoices, communicating with utility companies as needed regarding former tenant accounts
  • Create, edit, and organize various office documents and files (both digital and paper)
  • Perform general filing and maintain accurate, well-organized records
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy across all records
  • Communicate with internal staff and vendors as needed to gather or clarify information

Qualifications:

  • Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
