Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and basic reconciliations
- Create, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Oversee general office operations, filing systems, and record management
- Answer phones, manage emails, and support internal and external communications
- Perform general administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
