Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $22.00
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all QuickBooks entries including invoices, purchasing, sales orders, and quotes
- Communicate with customers to answer questions, confirm orders, and provide delivery updates
- Process recurring orders efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the owner and president
- Manage and replenish office supplies
Qualifications
- 2-7 years of QuickBooks experience
- 1-2 years of administrative work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Team player with a willingness to cross-train
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
